Super Kawaii Candy Rainbow Bark

This candy chocolate monstrosity is the brain child of a sudden desire to create something childishly colourful and my period cravings for sugar. Is it one of my tastiest recipes? No, it was waaayy too sweet. Was it incredibly fun to make and will probably make your kids (or niece or nephew) very happy? Absolutely.

And the best part about this recipe is that everything is interchangeable. You definitely don’t have to use the list of candy and cereals I used in this recipe, you can go to the grocery store and choose your favourites!

INGREDIENTS

300 g white chocolate (halved into 150g)
Fruit Loops
Rainbow Sour Straps
Lucky Charms (marshmallows only)
Meiji Apollo Strawberry Chocolate
Want-Want QQ Grape Gummies
Sprinkles

METHOD

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Break the white chocolate into small pieces and divide evenly between two bowls. To melt the chocolate, microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. This might take 3-4 rounds.
  3. In one of the white chocolate bowls, add a few drops of red food colour and stir to create pink.
  4. Begin laying your candy into whatever arrangement you please! Top it off with sprinkles!

ET VOILA! Enjoy this beautifully adorable white chocolate candy bark.
